Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping on Ontario orders $500 & up! 

Once your order reaches $500, free shipping will automatically be added to your order at ​checkout. Free shipping is via standard ground service via Canada Post. If you choose ​another shipping option, additional charges will apply. Orders are processed and shipped ​same day when placed Monday through Friday before 3PM EST.

How to Track A Shipment

You can easily track your shipment by logging into your account and viewing your orders. ​Start at the Home page and click on Account in the top lefthand corner.

Your Account page includes your Order History, Return Requests, Messages, Address Book, ​Recently Viewed Items and Account Settings. If you have a store credit, it will appear in the ​bottom left-hand corner. Click on the order you would like to track.

Along with your order summary, you will see your tracking number and provider listed under ​Shipments. Click on the tracking number or search the tracking number on the provider's ​website. It can take up to 24hrs for a tracking number to activate.

FEDEX

We allow the customer to ​choose their shipping time ​and fee. This includes FedEx ​Ground and FedEx One Day ​(if available in your region).

If you are outside of Ontario ​and are looking for faster ​delivery then we suggest ​choosing Fedex at the time of ​checkout.

FREE SHIPPING

If you qualify for free shipping ​your order will be sent out by ​Canada Post Ground.

Please refer to Canada Post ​and FedEx's websites for ​more accurate rates and ​transit times.

Stock Availability 

If the product you ordered is not available, Hair Flair will contact you immediately by phone, ​email, or both to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not a ​viable option for you, we will issue your account a store credit or refund.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address ​correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very ​small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you ​decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us at ​info@hairflair.ca as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, ​however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits ​in which we are able to do so.

Route Insurance offers comprehensive coverage for your packages. ​It protects against loss, theft, and damage during transit, so you can shop with confidence ​knowing your items are insured.

What Does Route Insurance Cover?

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, Route will cover the cost.
  • Stolen Packages: If your package is stolen after delivery, Route will reimburse you.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, Route will cover the cost of the ​damaged items

Important Note: Route Insurance is automatically enabled on your package to ensure full ​coverage. If you disable or remove this insurance, your package and shipment will not be ​insured or covered, and the risk will be borne by you, the customer.
