 Hair extensions are a human product and therefore no two sets of hair extensions can ever fully be identical. Hair extensions require a great deal of care to ensure they remain in great condition and we have a wealth of guides and advice to help you to care for your hair extensions correctly. Both Microlink Extensions (European and Indian) and Hair Toppers are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

It is your responsibility to discuss and understands your clients needs and expectations. Once extensions have been installed, it is your responsibility to ensure the client is looking after them correctly and is following the recommended after-care procedures.

Upon receiving your extensions, always check the colours against your Hair Flair colour ring to ensure you are happy with them before installation. Extensions that have been worn or installed are not eligible for an exchange.

All exchanges or requests for exchanges must be done through your online account. You have 30 days from order date to request an exchange on unopened packages.  Please follow the steps on how to do so below:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click on Account
  3. Click on Orders and select the order you wish to return
  4. Click Request Return
  5. Fill out the form and click Submit

Please wait for us to review your Return Request Form before you send the hair back to make sure it meets the return conditions. Once we approve your request for an exchange we will advise you to send the hair back to our headquarters. The product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package. Once we receive the package and inspect that the hair meets our return conditions (as stated below), a store credit (for the returned item only) will be applied to your online account. You will then be able to purchase your desired product using your store credit. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.



  • Hair has not been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any way
  • Exchange request is made by the original purchaser
  • Exchange requests are made within 30 days of receipt of your order
  • Once exchange has been authorized by us, recipients have 15 days to return hair by method of their choosing
  • If the returned package exceeds 15 days then the exchange will be cancelled
  • Hair remains in original packaging and tags
  • Returned packages include a copy of the original invoice



We do not offer cash refunds. We only provide a store credit for returned products.You have 30 days from order date to request a return on unopened packages. If you would like to return your unopened product for a store credit, please follow the return steps listed above.



In the rare occurrence of a problem with a product that cannot be resolved through routine maintenance, we want to take every effort to resolve your situation. These efforts will only be discussed by the purchaser as it states on the invoice. We will require the first and last name of the purchaser, as well the invoice number. Refunds are not permitted, but we will take every effort to address any quality issues. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to submit photos of your problem. To be eligible for a 30-Day Product Guarantee:

  • Submit your Return Request Form through your online account, within 30 days after the order was received.
  • The hair has not been processed, coloured, permed, toned, purple shampooed or altered against recommendations. Processing extensions is not recommended and done at your own risk. Please note the use of purple shampoo, toner and or hair colour is not advised on the extensions and will void the guarantee.
  • Once the request is approved, we must receive the product back to our headquarters within 10 business days or receive a tracking number indicating that the return has been sent within the proper time frame.
  • The hair must be returned with the order invoice. Failure to include the invoice will void the return.
  • The entire purchased amount of hair must be completely removed and mailed back to our corporate office in Ontario.
  • Do not send unauthorized returns as they will not be processed.

All costs for hair removal and mailing the product back to Hair Flair Extensions will be covered at the expense of the purchaser. We will thoroughly inspect the product and upon verification of the problem Hair Flair Extensions will bear the cost to send out a product replacement or issue a store credit. If no problem with the product is evident, we will not send the product back.

It is impossible to guarantee the hair and bond against every possible product and chemical formulation. That is why we advise you to use products that have been specifically tested against our extensions and are deemed safe. If you wish to purple shampoo or tone the hair it is suggested that you do so with the hair uninstalled so that no product touches on the bonds. Choosing to purple shampoo, tone or colour and/or bleach the hair is done at your own risk and voids any product guarantee.

If you had Hair Flair Extensions installed and are not happy will the quality, you must inform the stylist who purchased the hair from us immediately so they can contact us about the proper protocol.
