How to use

Apply a small amount to clean, damp hair and comb through ⎯ do not rinse and dry as normal.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (standard business days). Place your order before 3pm EST to have your order ship the same day.

Can I install these myself?

These are professional hair extensions and should be installed by a certified hair extension technician for best results.

What if the colour doesn’t match?

You can return or exchange unopened packages of hair. See our Return & Exchanges page for more details.

How much hair do I need?

We recommend the following
3-4 bundles for thin hair
5-6 bundles for normal hair
7-9 bundles for thick or very short hair
