Hair extensions are a human product, and therefore no two sets of hair extensions can ever be fully identical.  Hair extensions require a great deal of care to ensure they remain in an new condition, and we have a wealth of guides and advice to help you to care for your hair extensions correctly. It is your responsibility to discuss with your client their needs and requirements.  Once installed it becomes your responsibility to ensure the client is looking after them correctly and is following the recommended after-care advice.  If a colour is installed to a client’s hair, and it is then brought to your attention that there is a colour discrepancy we are not able to assist with this, therefore we would advise that upon receipt of your extensions that you always check the colours against your Hair Flair colour ring to ensure you are happy with them before installation.

Request an Exchange

All exchanges or requests for exchanges must be done through your online account.

Steps:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click on Account
  3. Click on Orders
  4. Select the order you wish to return
  5. Click Request Return
  6. Fill out the form and click submit

Our team will receive your application and we will require you to mail or drop off the package to our headquarters. Once we receive the package and inspect that the hair meets our return conditions (below) a store credit will be applied to your account. At that point you can purchase your desired product.The product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend you use shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package.

 Exchange Conditions

  • Hair has not been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any way.
  • Request is made by the original purchaser
  • Requests are made within 10 days of receipt of your order.
  • Hair remains in original packaging and tags.
  • Returned packages include a copy of the original invoice.

 Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds. We will only provide store credit for a returned product. If you would like to return your unopened product for a store credit please follow the steps below.

 Steps:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click on Account in the top right hand corner
  3. Click on Orders
  4. Select the order you wish to return
  5. Click Request Refund
  6. Fill out the Return Request Form and click Submit

  30 Day Product Guarantee

In the rare occurrence of a problem with a product that cannot be resolved through routine maintenance, we want to take every effort to resolve your situation. These will only be discussed by the purchaser as it states on the invoice. We will require the first and last name of the purchaser, as well the invoice number. Refunds are not permitted, but we will take every effort to address any quality issues. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to submit photos of your problem.

To be eligible for the 30 day product guarantee

  • Make contact within 30 days after the order was made about a return
  • The hair has not been processed (coloured, permed, toned) or altered against recommendations. Processing extensions is not recommended and done at your own risk.

In order for us to determine if your purchase warrants replacement, the entire purchased amount of hair must be completely removed and mailed back to our corporate office in Ontario. All costs for hair removal and mailing the product back to Hair Flair Extensions will be covered at the expense of the customer. We will thoroughly inspect the product, upon verification of the problem Hair Flair Extensions will bear the cost to send out a product replacement or issue a store refund. If no problem with the product is evident, we will not send the product back.

If you had Hair Flair hair installed and are not happy will the quality, you must inform the stylist who purchased the hair from us immediately so they can contact us about the proper protocol.
